Born on 18 Oct 1984 American alpine skier Lindsey Vonn who is now retired, won 4 World Cup competitions and the downhill gold medal at the 2010 Winter Olympics. Vonn is ranked second in the world of female skiers and men on the basis of super scores. She is among the top and most loved skiers in the history of skiing. Caroline Vonn, also known by the name Lindsey Vonn, is an American World Cup alpine racer who competes in the US Ski Team. She has won in the total World Cup competition four times. She is one of the most famous athletes in American the history of sports. She is one of only six female athletes who has won in each of the five Alpine Skiing World Cup events. They have won an impressive 82 World Cup titles in all. In the wake of the World Championships that took place in Sweden this year, one of the most talented and most accomplished ski racers from America will retire. Numerous health issues have led to this Four-time World Cup Overall Champion to choose to quit her job. She used social media to announce her retirement. This week, I'll be racing in my last races for my career at the Downhill World Championships, as also the SG World Championships held in Re Sweden.
