Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an official athlete for the organization. After giving up gymnastics in her youth Ariel started competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16. She was 17 when she was awarded her Professional Card. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She began competing in fitness competitions after quitting her childhood career in gymnastics. In the year 17, she received her Professional Card within a year. She became one of the oldest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel was forced to take a hiatus of six years from the stage after earning her pro card to pursue her studies. When she completed her college degree, Ariel returned in 2015. She picked up where she was in prior events, such as her participation in the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She continued to compete throughout the years following her debut, establishing higher goals for herself each year. She was awarded four more fitness titles by the end of 2009. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel Ariel Ariel has taken six years off from competition when she earned her pro-card to complete her college degree. The debut of the IFBB Fitness Pro occurred at Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in 2015 October. She was 3rd overall at the event. In the summer of 2016 saw her the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to be a part of the Fitness Olympia. The stage was hers Olympia stage after three months, taking sixth place at the Fitness Division. Ariel admits that she had no goals. Her satisfaction was high about her position. In light of the fact that she had to compete against top athletes. Ariel's body continues to grow every year. Ariel enjoys working her back. Her usual back workout is made up of bent-over rows, single arm lat pull-downs using a machine, pull-ups and sitting rows. Ariel usually starts warming up before moving onto the working sets. Ariel is extremely efficient in her work. This is accomplished by creating all of the back exercises she does, doing 3 or 4 supersets of 10-12 repetitions. The routine she follows is kind of routine twice per week one day being light weight day as well as the second heavy weight day.
